All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Kerala: 2–4 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available on selected offers or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
You may track your order directly through the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate address, phone number, and PIN code at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package appears opened, tampered, or damaged:

Take clear photos/videos.
Do not accept the package (if visibly damaged).
Contact us within 24–48 hours for assistance.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Bonitos is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Public holidays, strikes, lockdowns
Remote location limitations
